Imagine _Dora the Explorer_ as a daytime soap opera and you have _Gloria Mundi_. If I walked out of films, this is exactly the sort of film I'd walk out of. Anything that wasn't cliché in the script was WTF and all of it was performed by actors still in acting class (and failing, apparently -- Anaïs Demoustier and Jean-Pierre Darroussin, what were you thinking!?). I literally laughed out loud at some of the plot twists and dramatic elements because they were so ridiculous. Seriously, _Gloria Mundi_ had all the subtlety of a Punch & Judy show, and we the audience are Judy.
