Slight but offbeat film, this won't change your life in any way, but it passes the time amicably enough.

This was a surprisingly charming coming-of-age movie. For a while I thought that the leads may have been miscast because they felt a bit young and overly-cute. But as the film went on I realized that I was wrong about that, and I settled in to an enjoyable movie. This is an odd little coming of age movie. Freddie Highmore could have made this his audition piece for THE GOOD DOCTOR. I give this film a 6 (fair) out of 10. [Dramedy]. Available on Amazon Prime.
