Not a bad film though it didn't always make sense. Watchable enough, and apparently based on a true story.

2/10 Terrible beyond terrible and leaching off of the title The Watcher. This was so piss-poor and had nothing to do at all with the True Story of The Watcher. The true story is bloody brilliant and fascinating, It's actually awesome. Check out the real life documentary on it, I promise you it will blow your frickin mind. Oh then go watch The Netflix 2022, 7 part tv show on "The Watcher" I highly recommend it, I thought it was superb 9/10.
