Worse than the first and the pteracuda has the most horrific scream/roar that irritates you quickly. Background movie or watch while intoxicated by whatever you decide.

Is this is good film? Hell no, of course not. Did it want to be? Did it try to be? Did it wake up in the morning, eat its Wheaties, study hard and go to film school so it could grow up to be a great film? Not even close. It woke up with a hangover, smoked a bowl and decided to veg on the sofa all day so it could grow up to be as mediocre as possible. And it succeeded with brio. So, if you're going to judge this film, and you will judge this film, please be kind and remember: it succeeded in being exactly what it set out to be. Still, it is a little bit of a let down for a Roger Corman production, which are usually stupendously mediocre and not just averagely so.
