Not the best carry on movie, but it has its charm. This and camping are the ones I remember watching as a child more than the others. The trip to Brighton is probably the highlight of the movie. The cast looked like they were having a ball. Reminds me of when Del Boy and Rodney went to Margate on the jolly boys outin. All the cast are wonderful in this carry on. Williams, Hawtrey and James are on top of their game. Sims and Jacques are joined by the splendid Jacquie piper, who sadly was not in enough carry on movies. I always preferred her to Barbara Windsor. Kenneth cope and his bumbling sidekick Bresslaw are a joy to watch too.

Yes, carry on camping and at your convenience are the ones I most remember watching as a child. Classic Sunday afternoon entertainment. The budgie gag is hilarious.
