Who would have thought that they made a surfing movie based in the UK and that it would be actually really enjoyable and endearing. The cast is top notch but I had never heard of this film back in the 1990’s… it wasn’t until my friend told me about it this past weekend. You would not think this movie should work but it does… it is definitely a 1990’s movie… just the bit about the cost of a phone call on a mobile (cell phone) before letting someone use it for a call. The soundtrack is really good too. The guy who plays Terry… could have played an older Dudley if Harry Potter was made in the 1990’s.
