This was weird asf. The director is sympathetic towards the predators. He paints them as the victims. He wants you to feel bad that these poor mens lives were ruined ☹…. Are u serious lmao gtfoh bro he’s a creep and his doc was dumb pedo-sympathizer BS.

Seems like people do not like nuance. Anyway, I only heard of this show from people making jokes about it online, since it didn't air outside of the USA. It's amazing what passes off as American entertainment.

Recently my local law enforcement had Chris Hansen work with them. He's obviously still going strong. Do I mind them picking up a local pedophile? Absolutely not. Protecting children is paramount to good society. I do question society's voyeuristic need to publicly shame everyone for everything for views, likes and clicks. Unfortunately this doc didn't provide any answers, suggestions or better solutions.

Interesting social problems (pedophilia, voyeuristic crime entertainment) touched upon but not fully explored. I think this is ultimately some good source material for future academics. Worth a watch if you are ok with docos that present some information but don’t draw conclusions.
