This movie was ok. A handful of reasonable creepy/compelling scenes, probably enjoyed the use of lighting the most. As far as the one-shot component? Sure, whatever; not sure it really adds or detracts, though it certainly keeps the film locked in at a very specific pace.

My raw reactions: - Goddamn. I hate horror films that shake the camera so much!!! This is off to a bad start. - The real crime is making a mess in that Mustang. And why does this idiot keep looking back while driving?? What are you looking for, dummy? Everything is happening beside you. - OMG. They showed his dong. LMAO! WTF for?? - LOL! He tried putting that showerhead in his mouth!!! Must be muscle memory - Ooh... A bunch of obnoxious, loud, spoiled brats? Already rooting for them all to die :nail_care_tone1:✨ - Eww... They're so messy...and not in a fun way - This infected bitch attacked someone and acted CUTESY right after! Can't make this shit up. - My God, this was shitty. You people will praise the French for ANYTHING. - If I were an amateur actor involved in this garbage, I'd be so embarrassed 😣 - I must be down on my luck, because I thought **The Happening** was the worst film I've seen this year. Then, I got to watch this equally crappy one next

The content of the movie was pretty good. What was more impressive to me is the planning that needed to go into this to do it all in one take. And the way they handed off who was in the scene was very good.

Some really good filmmaking with some great loooong shots (was the whole movie just one long continuous shot?). I'm guessing there were a few hidden transition-tricks used but I was not able to spot them this first viewing. Superb. The downside is that it basically felt like I watched 90 minutes of the beginning of a story, then it just ended. Going for "realism" I suppose, but I'd like at least _something_ more... During some of the scenes I felt extremely impatient and just waiting for them to move on, but I guess it is hard to edit down if you're going for long cuts.
