Inacreditável que tiveram 17 anos pra desenvolverem uma sequência e saiu isso!!! Primeiro que esse filme não precisava de uma sequência, e segundo que se fosse pra descaracterizar a obra original era melhor deixar quieto, o que fizeram aqui foi um escárnio, uma coisa patética, quem disse que eu quero ver um filme BR onde o italiano é falado em quase 50% da obra? Eles tinha a faca e o queijo na mão, o queijo jogaram fora, e a faca vocês já sabem onde enfiaram.

The sequel to one of the most striking films in Brazilian cinema, which maintains its structure centered on gastronomy. It is a sarcastic comedy full of absurdities, which preserves the same line of development as the previous film. However, this similarity is restricted to form, since the sequel practically ignores its narrative basis, as well as its crudeness. Here, everything seems overly polished, resulting in a total lack of immersion. The characters from the original film are relegated to the background in favor of new ones, who fail to achieve the same level of charisma. The protagonist now becomes a supporting player in his own story, his presence reduced to comical and empty interludes. In addition, the excessive focus on an Italian nucleus distances the narrative from the Brazilianness that characterized the first film, causing it to lose its originality. Unfortunately, it's a frustrating experience of an unnecessary sequel.
