The sounds of wailing women being the police siren sound was disturbingly beautiful.
The most jaw-dropping, suspenseful, and mind-blowing movie of its kind. I watched this movie when it came out, and it stayed in my mind for days. The script, the scenery, the acting, the plot—everything just fit right in. The entire thing was set in just a small mobile house, but the suspense and thrill were unbearable. My eyes were wide open from start to finish, and even after it was over, I wanted to watch it one more time. I'm a strong fan of horror and drama, so I could be biased, but I believe everyone would agree that this was a masterpiece—a genius piece of art. The way the tension built up scene after scene was nothing short of extraordinary. Each moment was meticulously crafted to keep you on the edge of your seat, heart pounding, and breath held. The characters were so well-developed that you felt every ounce of their fear and desperation. The director's vision was executed flawlessly, creating an atmosphere so intense that it felt like the walls of that small mobile house were closing in on you. This movie is not just a film; it's an experience that leaves an indelible mark on your psyche, making you question the boundaries of reality and fiction.
Confusing and slow, with a payoff that is not worth it. Way too much navel gazing and not enough tension or horror.
Great vibes, wish there was a story.
The first two thirds are great slow burn psychological thriller. The last act is a disappointing cheap horror movie mess. There are so many possible routes they could have chosen and this was amongst the worst ones.
