Just finished it and i was not prepared for that finale. The show is really good, it starts very awkwardly but after a few episodes you get the drift and the story goes in a fantastic narrative. Magnussen and Galifianakis give a stellar performance and Meaghan a very annoying as her accent was very disruptive and not well blended. The story is a bit unique, with many many moral issues but the directing is pretty stellar and the last few episodes are very strong and emotional. It is not on Netflix so it advertised and in top 10 of all countries but watch this and enjoy if you are into HBO style shows. Hope for season 2
Wow, this was a really hard watch. So many great people in this cast made it a must watch for me though, and their performances did not disappoint. I like the premise of the show for sure, but the pacing was slow and too many plot lines made it confusing and disconnected at times. Maybe that was the point. Not a series I will be rewatching though.
Pretty engaging and well written/acted series. The offputting part is that it is perhaps too accurate and examines a sick culture that everyday headlines validate daily…
Sarah Goldberg’s acting is same as when she played Sally. She was annoying in Barry and she’s same level annoying in this show.
