Don't know what to think, the story intrigues me but it is really badly written
It's entertaining and nice to look at. I guess my biggest problem with Kitz, apart from the ending as a whole, is its main character. I just never really cared for Lisi and her intentions. She's unlikable and twisted. The whole plot is pretty ridiculous, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that Lisi and some of the other characters take some of the dumbest decisions possible. It gets frustrating after a while. The last episode is a mess, nothing more to say about that. I guess it's short, often entertaining, and there's a genuinely cute gay couple in it. Could be worse.
It is always great to find a Christmas series, especially if it has a deeper story line. And the great thing about Netflix, is that it brings us Christmas stories from all over the world. This time, a great Austrian setting, with a German/Austrian cast. There are 2 main story lines, one including a revenge and the other one of the most endearing gay love stories I have seen in a Christmas/Winter themed series. Watch it in the original language with subs, it will give you more feeling. The end is open, so I really hope a second series for next Christmas is up the sleave.
Not a bad show per se, but not the best either. Since it's quite short, you don't have the time to really get bored, but the whole thing isn't that believable and just feels like a patchwork of different shows.
