Ahn Eun-jin (안은진), née le 6 mai 1991, est une actrice sud-coréenne. Elle s'est fait connaître grâce à son rôle secondaire dans Hospital Playlist (2020-2021). Ahn a ensuite joué dans The Good Bad Mother (2023), réalisé par Shim Na-yeon, et My Dearest (2023), pour lequel elle a été nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure actrice lors de la 60e cérémonie des Baeksang Arts Awards. Elle a également joué dans les films The Night Owl (2022) et Citizen of a Kind (2024).
Ahn fait partie de la promotion 2010 de l'Université nationale des arts de Corée.
