"Put that cookie down. NOW!" That is Arnold Schwarzenegger's best line ever.
My go to Christmas movie! Nothing quite beats this movies weird blend of cheesey Arnold one-liners, OTT slap stick comedy, and creepy Phil Hartman. "Who said you can eat my cookies?!"
Great fun from beginning to end. Still as good now as it was 25 years ago, and much better than any modern day Xmas movie. Relax and enjoy Arnie in one of his classic comedy roles. 10/10.
A Christmas guilty pleasure. Full of more cartoonish violence than the holiday spirit. Still, I find it to be dumb fun. I like how Arnold always went for being cast against type in comedies. Like playing Danny Devito’s twin, a kindergarten teacher or playing a pregnant man lol. Here, you could also picture anyone but Arnold Schwarzenegger in a movie about a dad going through the horrors of last minute Christmas shopping.
Schwarzenegger's rage is relatable. The message is simple but heart-warming. Overall great nostalgic Christmas entertainment. Jake Lloyd isn't annoying. I want a Turbo Man.
