everything was very rushed (as expected). in the beginning, L says that this is for those who haven't seen the original Death Note series, but in my humble opinion, the relights seem very difficult to understand if you haven't seen it. all the characters seem as if they are just making very heavy assumptions and just saying its true without much evidence because of the things cut out from the original series. Mikami is very watered down and acted even stupider in Relight. Mello doesnt even do much in Relight. if i were you wanting to watch this, i say just watch the original Death Note, its like 10 hours longer but its 10 hours that you want if youve seen relight. overall i say that this was bad. there were some scenes that werent in the original, but thats all i can say. dont watch this, watch the original instead of this crap literally like what the hell was this. why even make this.

Only watch if you’ve seen the series, as a lot is cut out.
