Great cast otherwise a hot mess but I kinda like these really bad 1970 early 80s comedies by plus I loves movies set in my home town

A broad comedic parody of the Charlie Chan mysteries of the 30s that is silly right from the opening credits, with the discordant singing of Ustinov in character. Lots of stars from the big and little screens. If you like silly you'll like this. Too much silly for me. I give it a 2 (terrible) out of 10.
