Yay! Let's watch 20 something year-old "teenagers" have sex and use drugs, yay! The plot doesn't kick in until after about 45 minutes, there's just a bunch of random hijinks scenes. When the plot does kick in, it's ridiculously convoluted and doesn't make much sense. Pretty sure this is David Hasselhoff's first movie. He plays a character named "Boner". Nuff said.
