I really only watched this for Jo Jung-suk but the movie ended up being kind of a masterpiece?? I watched a Kollywood movie called _NGK_ recently that tried and mostly failed in its attempt to depict a tragic character arc, but man, _The Drug King_ did it brilliantly.
