Decent production values and okayish special effects can't save this stinker of a film. Still, considering it comes from the guy who made the execrable Cabin Fever remake, this shouldn't be too much of a surprise.

this movie is awesome.... Highly recommended!!! It's my top 3.... if you liked you should also check "last shift". :)

the house and atmosphere were great. the kid actors were really solid in the flashback - i would have preferred following them instead of what we ended up getting. the adult actors were pretty terrible - [spoiler] Dr Goodberry's assistant Alan felt like he stumbled on set from another movie. Dr Goodberry was wasted on unnecessary exposition and i felt like Goodberry and Kelly were added to the cast just to bump up the kill count with throwaway characters [/spoiler]
