Synopsis
Les destins d'un réalisateur introverti et d'une fille paumée et quelque peu dérangée s'entrecroisent. Shiki-Jitsu est une romance moderne visuellement superbe, émouvante, et psychologiquement simple mais intéressante. Dans le film, Hideaki Anno évoque, via le personnage de la jeune femme, le trouble borderline dont il a souffert (peur de l'abandon, sur-implication émotive, absence de confiance en soi) qu'il avait déjà développé dans Evangelion.

mindblowing ritual i mean cool art house movie. After watching this i wanna hire a therapist for real for real i aint not no lying my homies trust me be aware with this movie sneaky as hell. sheeeyit DANGGG.

Wow... In a possible future rewatch, it might touch me even harder, but I did like this portrait of depression a lot. Also, the way the ending was shot was amazing. The entire cinematography in this movie was pretty damn good, especially in the first few minutes.
