A disillusioned filmmaker has an encounter with a young woman who has a ritual of repeating "Tomorrow is my birthday" everyday. He tries to communicate with her through his video camera.

Simply stunning film. Probably the best performance I have ever seen by Ayako Fujitani.
mindblowing ritual i mean cool art house movie. After watching this i wanna hire a therapist for real for real i aint not no lying my homies trust me be aware with this movie sneaky as hell. sheeeyit DANGGG.
Wow... In a possible future rewatch, it might touch me even harder, but I did like this portrait of depression a lot. Also, the way the ending was shot was amazing. The entire cinematography in this movie was pretty damn good, especially in the first few minutes.
