I should really keep my hands off movies that were presented at any given film festival. Turned it off after about 45 min. Don't like they way it's made, with all this back and forth in the timeline. If you want to present a message make the movie interesting to watch. Than there is, of course, all this for God and Country stuff hinted. Strong talk from officers about "this is the most important day of your life" and a sargeant who goes with bare arms into combat like he got right out off an 80s Vietnam movie. Of course this is a rather personal view.
i watched many movies about war it is terrible. do not join the army it goona disturb y'all.
