Synopsis
Dans l'Angleterre des années 70, trois amis ouvriers passent leur temps à plaisanter, boire, se battre et courir après les filles. Freddie veut quitter leur monde de prolétaires, mais le charismatique Bruce et le raté attachant Snork sont contents de leur vie. Quand Freddie décroche un boulot de démarcheur et tombe sur son premier amour Julie, la bande va devoir faire des choix qui va changer leurs vies à tous.

This was a movie written and directed by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. It is a story that has been told before and I think this is why the reviews were only lukewarm. Still, I quite enjoyed the film. The film was a little slow but the acting was extraordinary. I thought that the ending was both touching and fitting at the same time. While there are a few funny scenes the film is definitely a drama. Fantastic use of Zeppelin in the final scene. follow me at https://IHateBadMovies.com
