Good documentary on the insight to what sugar is doing to are health, learned some new stuff, scared me a little, shocked on a few things... I think the world needs to change It's ways for the world to live longer...

it is important to have an honest discussion about sugar and educate the people about it.... this however is very unscientific! it's very alarmist without explaining the issues properly, jumps to conclusions without any scientific basis (which is bad in a health documentary). It's all effects to scare people, without educating them, while giving misinformation
