Synopsis
Inspirée de faits réels, l'histoire incroyable de 4 orphelins, rescapés d'une attaque de leur village au Soudan. Ils parcourent près de 1000 kilomètres à pieds pour rejoindre un camp de réfugiés des Nations Unies et survivre. 10 ans plus tard, devenus adolescents, ils gagnent le droit d'immigrer aux Etats-Unis à la suite d'un tirage au sort. Commence pour eux une nouvelle aventure, extraordinaire, dans un monde inconnu et surprenant, marquée par la rencontre d'une femme exceptionnelle qui les aidera à retrouver un sens à la vie.

What a beautiful movie. One of those that make you feel. The story, how the script was built, is fascinating. The kids were fantastic. I have been donating a small amount of money to the UNHCR for seven years now and a friend of mine is moving to Turkey next month to serve God working among the refugees. Give, donate, support.

this movie for me put everything into perspective. i always complain saying i hate my life or idk what to do with it or idk, when people are suffering everyday and would kill to get my life with peace and roof above their heads!!! thank you !
