Watched it with the cast commentary, it's a great listen and a great childhood favorite movie from the 80s.

A family moves next to the house where a young autistic boy who thinks he can fly lives. By the end of the movie, it turns out that the boy really can fly. Even though the young girl i the family and the boy fall in teenage love, he has to leave her once the whole neighborhood discovers that he can fly, lest he becomes a prisoner of the government.
