I started this movie, but could not finish it. It felt very trite and forced. I did not like the sisters. I guess I will wait for someone to post a spoiler so I can find out how it ends. lol

I felt weird watching the movie.. It kind of left me feeling a mixed feeling of Fucked up and sad for the two young ladies..

This movie to me just seemed to drag on. I felt that the timing was off in the plot in a weird way. Also that particular points in the story had too much time while others didn't have enough. I did not know that this was based on a true story and because the movie peeked my interest I ended up reading up on it after. I think if I knew at the beginning of the film it was true, I would have approached it differently.

Abigail Breslin stars in the dark, true-life crime drama Perfect Sisters. Based on actual events, two sisters, Sandra and Beth Anderson, grow tired of the abuse and neglect of their deadbeat, alcoholic mother and her boyfriends, and begin to believe that her death may be their only way out. Unfortunately the performances aren’t that good and don’t make for very compelling characters. The directing too is underwhelming. Also, the plot is poorly constructed, with random fantasy segments that feel out of place. Additionally, the ending is rushed and doesn’t give a lot of attention to the aftermath of the Anderson’s actions; bringing into question what the moral of the story is. Perfect Sisters is far from perfect, but it does explore some provocative social issues.

Ok movie, Sandra just started getting on my nerves near the end.
