Synopsis
En 1990, le département antidrogue américain ne sait plus quoi faire pour arrêter le trafiquant Ramon Cota qui multiplie les prises d'otages qui se finissent dans des bains de sang. Il décide de faire appel au Colonel Scott Mc Coy, chef de la Delta Force qui devra libérer les otages pris au piège et mettre hors d'état de nuire Ramon Cota.

Wow.... I really want to be respectful of Chuck Norris but this movie just blew chunks. Watched it way back when (and probably loved it!) but by today's standards - heck, even by MY standards, and I watch a lot of awful movies! - this was just almost unwatchable. The hyperexaggerated acting, the incredibly bad dialogue, the expressions, the story itself...there was nothing good about this movie except perhaps the ONE FIGHT SCENE featuring Chuck. Even that was brief and not all that spectacular, certainly not by today's martial arts action movie standards (think of Donnie Yen in _Ip Man_ or even some of the Jet Li films). But I watched it to honor our hero, Chuck Norris. He was a great guy and I loved his films back in the day. This one was just hard to get through, it was really that bad.
