In this story about the acceptance of bisexuality, the protagonist faces a loving feeling that is contradictory to him when his relationship with a friend transcends mere friendship. Being a Polish production, subjected to a conservative and homophobic society, it is possible to understand a certain treatment of homosexual sentiment that has already been overcome, but the premise of the film and its conclusion offer a somewhat outdated view of the subject, even having been made seven years ago. It is the kind of film that uses melodrama to construct a discourse that is unclear.
I was ruminating a lot about which grade would I give to this movie. After some time I decided let it be 5. The heartfelt sympathy goes beyond all peradventures... But NOT in this movie. Everyone here is so unhappy, ill-fated. Through the film they don't even want to change it, find the best for yourself.
