a good story, good characters, good performance, not particularly a good film...not bad, just not very good :person_shrugging_tone4:

Very good with a terrific cast!

As far as I remember, I turned this movie off after 30 or 40 minutes. I can't even say it was okay. The acting was passable, the effects were passable, but the script progressed very slowly, and I was incredibly bored while watching it. It might be one of the worst films to handle this subject. I didn't like it, I gave it a 3 out of 10.

Variant on a familiar theme.. [spoiler] Parents lose their son after he drowns in the pool, and go through a rough time leading up to divorce. Movie starts where parents are about to move out of the house, final time together there. House shuts them in, spooky events start to happen. At the end of the movie the spirit of the boy appears to say goodbye. [/spoiler] Unlike several other movies following this familiar theme, I have no sympathy or empathy for the [spoiler] parents [/spoiler] as they [spoiler] were arrogant, selfish and inhumane towards each other [/spoiler] and [spoiler] they deserve to be stuck there with each other for all I care. I had hoped for an unhappy ending as I watched the movie, sadly that didn't happen either. [/spoiler] I'm sad for the time I spent watching this.
