Insanely funny, _The Dream Team_ is a classic ‘80s comedy that’s full of laughs. When a psychiatrist takes a group of mental patients on a day trip to see a baseball game things go wrong and the patients end up on their own, loose in New York City. Starring Michael Keaton, Christopher Lloyd, Peter Boyle, and Lorraine Bracco, the casting is especially good; particularly Keaton, who gives an outstanding performance. And, the comedy is extraordinarily well-written; with lots of fun, clever humor that plays to each character’s disorder. The plot may be a little crazy, but _The Dream Team_ is an incredibly hilarious and entertaining film.

It's got a great premise, with an amazing comedic cast, but it ultimately doesn't do anything very interesting with all these great elements. It's entertaining enough to pass the time with, but with these ingredients on hand, this should've been hilarious.
