It's kindof a dark comedy that succeeds because it refuses to draw a line between heroes and villains. Basil Joseph is phenomenal as Ajesh, the gold man, whose hustle becomes a desperate fight for survival. This film contains every emotion you’ll need, making you feel for a person, question them, and then understand them all over again. It’s a story where the situation is the true antagonist, proving that no one is purely evil, just desperately human. A sharply written, well-directed flick with its soul exactly where it should be. Worth its weight in gold.
