The budget of the movie was probably 200 pounds. You can clearly see the awful graphics inside the parliament where cartoon people walked like in SIMS. And i'm pretty sure the movie was not shot in UK, all the outside scenes had a very different colour matching a Green screen probably behind. As you can image the movie is below everything, the story is incoherent with no understanding, no explanation of why and what is changing. A very cheap effort for creating nothing for any purpose.
