How to create a haunted space... Looks great, super moody, and ultra weird.

Always interesting to see older movies. A bit disappointed, I was expecting a lot more on the demon pond side and its creatures, something a bit more fantastic and extravagant, while it's in fact barely seen, quite lately, and totally separated from the main characters story. This made the whole thing a bit lengthy. It's a bit long, several "will we do this or won't we" very lengthy discussions, among main characters, the villagers, the dragon court... Can only imagine that the "I want to leave" discussion from the Dragon Princess happens pretty much every day. Final special effects, [spoiler]the village destruction[/spoiler], looked pretty good for the time.
