An empathetic, heartbreaking film about a tragedy. Honey Trehan treats the story with restraint instead of 'sensationalism'. He also stays away from political sloganeering, letting the human cost speak for itself. Rare to see a filmmaker do that these days. Respect! At its heart...the film is an act of remembrance, honouring what was lost without forgetting the need for accountability.

The film presents a highly one-sided narrative. It completely overlooks the sheer number of people killed by Khalistani extremists, ignoring the fact that both Hindus and Sikhs suffered greatly at their hands. While Jaswant Singh is portrayed as addressing them respectfully, and it is true that not all police officers are bad, the movie fails to represent the innocent people who lost their lives to these terrorists.

well made . immersive acting . "Bad Cops" movies don't usually get censored in countries.

Real life plot, acting of lead was average but others were good, shows corruption by state and how punishments are avoided. Shows the reality that biggest democracy doesn’t mean biggest saviour of democracy.
