Synopsis
Kurt Sloane souhaite venger son frère Éric, paralysé à vie par le terrifiant Tong Po lors d'un combat de kickboxing. Le souci, c'est que Kurt ne sait pas se battre. Il lui faudra apprendre les rudiments de ce sport auprès du vieux sage Xian Chow.

Kickass Stan Bush soundtrack, Van Damme kicks, training montages, epic dance scene, amazing JCVD facial expressions, great bad guy, awesome trainer and a simple story. Kickboxer is always a fun film to rewatch.

Slightly worse than bloodsport on the 80s nostalgia score, but still in my top 2 van Damme masterpieces. Tong Po was the greatest villain of all time. Nok Su Kao!

It’s only been a month since I have watched this for the first time and I’m already in dyer need to witness that super awesome dance scene again as it’s absolute cinema. Awesome movie and it’s crazy underrated. 8/10
