“You ever raise cattle?” Robert Duvall delivers calm authority and real presence. No big hero moments — just a seasoned professional who knows the streets. Still, the film drags at times. Strong atmosphere, solid acting — but not gripping enough to go higher.

Not all the colours in the rainbow, but not far off.. Nothing new... just a fast based cop film with lots of action.. how it should be.. loved the music for the cop car chases.. good old 80s mix sound tracks are the best.. Good paired up cast.. don cheadle with a small part... not has big as he is now.. loved damon wayans gangster style act... over all sound film..
