I hope he means well and can tell the behaviour of dogsl. But the methods are ruff, and questionable. I get that he tries to save the dogs, but does that mean it’s okay to add more trauma, force weird situations or talk the dogs ear off? More time would work wonders here, but we have a busy schedule and a show to produce, so let’s force tension and drama for you, dear viewer. The people in the show are very disturbing and awful pet owners. They are deranged and don’t know what dogs are or need. Ultimately, this is a daytime TV drama of the worst kind, formulated, built for tension and not here to teach or make dog owners understand what dogs are or need. Look, a dog is not your personal prop. Its not furniture or handbag. It is not your kid. It is not your boyfriend or girlfriend. Its not your sidekick, not a Disney character. It’s an animal that needs order, structure, movement and often a job. If you do love dogs, you don’t participate in that format. All of this examples in his show need long term treatment and training and supervision. This looks like a quick fix and then back to the toxic situation. Please educate people, dogs are wonderful, they don’t deserve such a poor format. I had to stop watching after a couple of episodes.
