Why does hughie keep banging on about getting v1 for annie & kamiko and keep conveniently forgetting most(/vast majority) of those who were originally experimented on with v1 ended up dying??? There's no guarantee it would make those two immune and more likely kill them and he just ... forgot?

I know it's not hard to write satirical critiques of our current reality, but the chart showing 22% of America would declare Homelander as their one true God was a pretty good reference to the unwavering 22% approval rating no matter how bad things continue to get. I also appreciated the several references to the people who go against all of the teachings of Jesus but still call themselves Christians. The camera pan at the end where Homeland slowly covered up Jesus until all we saw was Homeland was quite the accurate visual metaphor.
