Very nice documentary, as close to unbiased as it could be. This is of course, my humble opinion as a someone who was born and lived in Moscow for more than 20 years. I would say that it skews the rise of Orthodox faith and traditional values a little bit, the trend is definitely there, but it is not that dramatic. Big cities are massively atheistic and western leaning. As an example, recent Yekaterinburg church protests. Documentary makes a good display of diverse cultures, at least it is better at it than other documentaries. It would have been nice if Tatarstan was mentioned as Tatars are the second biggest ethnicity in Russia and historically they had a great influence on Russian culture and language. Kazan is also very beautiful and quite different from other Russian big cities.
