En esta sociedad moderna, un nuevo tipo de enfermedad está afectando a chicos y chicas jóvenes. Soledad, incredulidad e indignación empujan a esta sociedad a engancharse a internet y las tecnologías. Los expertos denominan estos síntomas “Adicción a la red”. Para prevenirla, se establece un Centro de Rehabilitación para “Guiar a los jóvenes al camino correcto”. Alistado para tratar su adicción, Hibiki no tenía ni idea de que este centro en realidad es una cárcel. En este lugar en el que no está permitido escapar, ¿cómo se enfrentará Hibiki a la desesperación en este infierno?

The movement of the animation is kinda weird and the design is nothing special, but that's okay 'cause the anime obviously had a very low budget. It also has some real-life footage, but I actually think it fits the intro and is enjoyable. The overall story is interesting as well, the problem here is that the pace of it is **very slow** and the characters don't really make sense. It looks like they change personalities and are completely different people in the same episode or between them. The other thing I've noticed is that I don't really know what genre this anime is... [spoiler] At first, I thought it was something like terror or, at least, drama and then on the 3rd episode they try to make it funny (?) but they can't seem to finish the jokes and it ends up being just an awkward thing.
