Una aterradora tormenta electrica arrasa un pequeño pueblo que, al día siguente, despierta con total normalidad hasta que una densa y extraña niebla comienza a entenderse por la localidad. Este fenómeno antinatural deja a sus habitantes prácticamente aislados al reducir la visibilidad drásticamente, pero lo peor es que parece que hay algo más: comienzan a entreverse numerosas criaturas que no dudan en atacar a cualquier persona que se atreva a moverse a través de la niebla, The Mist es una miniserie de misterio e intriga con toques de terror basada en la novela del mismo nombre escrita por el autor Stephen King, que fue publicada en 1983. La miniserie cuenta con 10 episodios que detallan los eventos que suceden en el pueblo como producto de la aparición de esta aparentemente inofensiva niebla que va causando caos a medida que se expande. Este thriller de misterio está escrito y producido por Christian Torpe, creador del exitoso drama danés Rita.

If you have read the book, the movie was shit compared to the book. If you compare tv show to the book, it's shit again. Approach this as something new, dont compare it to the book. It has a potential, lets see how well it goes.

This is the worse series I have seen in a long while. Not even sure why I saw the all. Guess I hoped it would get better, but no! Terrible scribt, terrible characters and terrible actors (but maybe not their fault). Please don't waste your time on this piece of shit...
I've never read the novella. I've seen the movie, but felt so bad about how it ended. I kind of liked this series, but felt even worse over that finale. I really wish there were a second season, if only to answer all the questions that the first one left. How dare you make me care and then leave me hanging like that~!!
