Really nice show! It takes a bit, but it gets better and better toward the end; the finale was great! There are some funny moments, and the story was very nice and thrilling!
A german series without old men from Tatort? That is remarkably good? What is this sorcery?
Didn't find one thing remotely funny or even interesting in the first 15 minutes.
I love the books, the show did not disappoint me at all! Although I usually avoid german Production, most of the time it is embarrassing and awkward. This one is well filmed, well cutted and well played ! Even the music fits.
When I first read the description of "Mindful Murder," I initially expected a Dexter-like series, but this one relies much more on humor and less on dark imagery and suspense that completely captivates the viewer. Instead of Dexter, "Mindful Murder" reminded me much more of "Barry" - a series that I can highly recommend by the way. Unfortunately, this series doesn't come close to the quality and genius of "Barry." There are some good moments here and there, but most of the time, you're just amazed at how rarely stupid the characters in this series actually are. "Mindful Murder" isn't particularly memorable, but it's not bad either - it's still enough for a relaxing evening. To go back to Dexter, it seems that they want to squeeze as much money out of it as possible, because the series is apparently going to get a second season, although I'm not sure what else is going to happen in this season, since the story has already been told - just like Dexter, where they have to make about five more spin-offs, sequels and prequels because they just don't want to let go.
