Kevin helps in Swannanoa while Jenn checks in with homeowner Melinda as FEMA clears damaged trees. Mark tours an historic Inn and Richard joins building science experts who air seal Paula's house.

Kevin visits a high school carpentry program that's helping the community; meeting with an electrician in North Asheville; Tommy helps homeowner Paula turn an antique chest into a bathroom vanity.

Mauro helps Paula stain her front door; Jenn meets with the North Asheville landscaper who is using boulders to make a new retaining wall and steps; Kevin helps project manager Noah install an interior door.

Kevin takes a tour of the restaurants and breweries that are opening back up after Hurricane Helene; prepping homeowners Jim and Allies' house to be painted; Mark installs a fireplace at the North Asheville project.

Jenn takes Swannanoa homeowners plant shopping and then helps with landscaping in North Asheville. Meanwhile, Kevin heads to Georgia for a carpet factory tour. Zack helps install a butcher block counter at Miah's.

It's a celebration in Western North Carolina as five families return to their homes after rebuilding from Hurricane Helene. The crew tours the houses and connects with each family. The location of the next project is revealed.

The team heads to Needham to meet Liz and Patrick in their 1896 Queen Anne, exploring plans for a new layout and rear addition. Jenn, Mark, and the homeowners' son kick off the project by removing and saving the old brick walkway.

Kevin and Tom remove and save the kitchen cabinets for reuse. Up on the roof, Charlie and Mark tackle the chimney teardown. Later, Kevin meets with the architect to learn the homeowner's vision before checking in on foundation plans with Charlie.

Kevin and Charlie work together to remove aluminum siding from the house. Kevin heads off site to hear about the company that will take the siding away to be recycled. Back at the house, Kevin, Charlie and Tommy install a new steel beam.

Richard meets with the HVAC subs who are here to re-duct the house to make the system more efficient. Charlie demos the third-floor ceiling to make room for new insulation. Meanwhile, Tommy and Kevin install a double-hung window located in the dining room that looks onto the front porch.

Charlie visits a made-to-order window trim factory in Springfield, MA. Later, he and Tom install edge boards on the new deck. Kevin joins later to finish the tongue-and- groove decking. In the front yard, Jenn and Patrick discuss landscaping plans

Jenn and Mark build a backyard brick patio. Meanwhile, Kevin visits a lumber business to see the homeowners new floors being made. Later, Kevin and Charlie work to weave in salvaged floor strips with the original flooring.

Heath lays out the wiring for radiant floor heating before tile goes down in the bathroom. Meanwhile, Kevin visits a custom cabinet shop on Cape Cod to see the kitchen cabinets being made. Later, Tom, Charlie, and Kevin work on the built-in bookcase.

Kevin and Charlie relocate and rebuild the original built-in China cabinet in the new dining room. Heath shows Kevin the proper layout and height before installing bathroom sconces. Meanwhile, Tom preps the front door for a new mortise lock.

It's moving day in Needham, as the renovation of the 1890s Victorian wraps up. The crew tours the house, which has a brand-new back extension, reconfigured layout and a primary bathroom. The location of the next project is revealed.

In Walpole, a 1970s ranch is reworked for multigenerational living, adding a backyard ADU for aging parents, a primary suite bump-out, smarter baths, and better flow from garage to new mudroom and kitchen.

Kevin demos a wall in the primary bedroom. Tom frames an exterior wall to tie old and new spaces together, Richard reviews shared plumbing for the ADU, and the electrician buries a new 400-amp service to feed both homes.

Vinyl siding goes up on the main house and ADU as Kevin reveals the ADU's framed layout. Richard reviews basement HVAC while a team upstairs installs a three-panel slider to connect indoor and outdoor living.

Kevin checks progress on the ADU addition in Walpole and then heads to Dorchester to see how one family turned their attic into a compact apartment. Meanwhile, Richard gets an update from plumber Bob Connolly.

Kevin visits a factory in Georgia that makes engineered plank flooring. Meanwhile, Zack's back is in town to help local carpenter Adrian install some board & batten wall paneling in the new mudroom.

The team tours a renovated ranch and a new 900 sq ft ADU, sharing lessons from building the town's first ADU. They review shared systems and exterior plans while exploring how the new spaces function for the family.
