Few series manage to make you laugh at everyday life with as much intelligence and warmth as Little Faith. The second season keeps that magical balance between the absurd and the ordinary, proving that Pepón Montero and Juan Maidagán are true heirs to the spirit of José Luis Cuerda. There are no big twists or profound speeches here — just life itself: awkward, absurd, and deeply funny. Raúl Cimas and Esperanza Pedreño remain a one-of-a-kind couple, as endearing as they are exasperating. Their natural delivery makes it feel like the camera simply sneaked into a real couple’s apartment. Every glance, every pause, every misplaced comment is timed to perfection, yet never feels rehearsed. It’s precision comedy disguised as spontaneity. The show shines in those seemingly insignificant moments: a ridiculous kitchen conversation, an argument about nothing, a secondary character stopping to explain their own logic. Everything adds up, and the result is a delightful portrait of ordinary life turned into comedy gold. Visually, it’s simple — almost minimalist — but that’s part of its charm. It doesn’t try to impress; it just observes. And that mix of tenderness and quiet despair turns every episode into a small masterpiece of humor and humanity. Little Faith isn’t just the best Spanish comedy on TV right now — it’s a reminder that laughing at life is still the smartest way to survive it. Hopefully, it lasts for many more seasons.

It takes advantage of the possibilities of a traditional humor that has as its main references the scripts of Rafael Azcona, presenting stories of daily life starring a couple in crisis. Somehow, the environment of this couple is an impediment to having a happy life, but it allows the script to compose a series of secondary characters that build a solid support for the central plot through their own subplots. Funny and sometimes surreal, the 15 minutes episodes play with the anecdotes of everyday life to extract the most absurd moments.
