One of a kind diet show. It's highly controversial, a lot of people with eating disorders watch it. (Check the comment section of episodes on YouTube) Which is why it ended. For me it was a good show to use more as an eye opener. Thinking more about what you are putting in your mouth, would u make someone else eat what u eat during the day guilt free? They talk about food serving you, repairing you, building you, healing you. Lots of people including superskinny ones on this show lack nutrients. Filling themself up with sugar, teas, coffees, squash, junk food. Actually shocking to see how many British people in this show don't eat vegetables. Main vegetables they seem to get are beans from a can/chips which I guess are potatoes and peas. The show has a meal swap segment, helping both the superskinny and supersize realise how bad their diets are. There are sections about people with eating disorders. Overweight people also get sent to the USA to meet someone heavier than they are. The show talks about dangers of obesity as well as lack of nutrients. It can be pretty educational. Thanks to it I learned that tea can hinder iron absorption which really shocked me. I find this show really motivating to eat healthier as well as making you reflect on what you eat and if what u eat serves you or harms you.
