En un país dividido y al borde del caos político, una joven periodista de investigación que tropieza por casualidad con una conspiración urdida hace décadas: la existencia de un superagente criogenizado, García, creado en un laboratorio en los años 50 por los servicios secretos del general Franco. El viejo mundo choca con el actual mientras García y Antonia aprender a trabajar juntos al verse involucrados en una conspiración política que amenaza con acabar con la democracia en favor de una nueva y brutal dictadura.

[HBO Max] A failed adaptation of the graphic novels that reflects on the transformation of Spanish society between the post-Franco era and the current era, through a superhero story. But the script softens the critical elements and tries to be more politically correct, approaching the worst representations of Wokism, and without taking advantage of the confrontation between a character from another time that ends in the present, nor of the representation of Francoist iconography. Poorly executed action scenes and an intrusive and repetitive soundtrack contribute to the mess.
