I love everything interior design but this show wasn’t it for me, I feel like the problem is I didn’t connect with any of the families and their homes and at the end the result was like nothing out of the ordinary, maybe the show could’ve been more interesting if the makeovers were on commercial establishments instead of like someone’s suburban home... maybe like a big mall, or the Rockefeller plaza, or a celebrity home (like one of the kardashians sister’s houses for their xmas party), or one of those drive thru xmas light shows, cause decorating a suburban home with vinyls, red pillows and stockings wasn’t enough for me. What I think was cool and original was the diy activities, they were affordable and everyone can replicate them.
