Season 5
After their beloved doorman, Lester, dies under suspicious circumstances, Charles, Oliver, and Mabel refuse to believe it was an accident. Their investigation plunges them into the shadowy corners of New York and beyond - where the trio uncovers a dangerous web of secrets connecting powerful billionaires, old-school mobsters, and the mysterious residents of the Arconia. The trio discovers a deeper divide between their storied city they thought they knew and the new New York evolving around them - one where the old mob fights to hold on as newer, even more dangerous players emerge.

Nail in the Coffin
While investigating Lester’s mysterious "accidental" death, the clues lure Charles, Oliver, and Mabel out of Manhattan — and straight into some dangerous new "old" territory.

The trio stumbles upon a crucial piece of evidence... and promptly compromises it. With time running out, they scramble to solve the mystery before the police close in on them.

Dirty Birds
Snooping goes sideways when three billionaire suspects catch the trio and invite themselves over for an evening at Oliver's.

Tongue Tied
Thwarted in their investigative podcast plans, Mabel and Oliver look for help from the Arconia support staff — as Charles dines with another suspect and gets caught up in "catching" more than he bargained for.

Flatbush
The investigation takes Oliver and Loretta back to the streets of his childhood, where buried memories surface and secrets about Lester and Nicky's widows emerge. Mabel and Charles follow leads after a break-in.

Silver Alert
The mayor warns the trio about the billionaires, sending them to investigate further at a villainous lair upstate — as Oliver boots it in an attempted escape.

Cuckoo Chicks
Mabel gathers a ragtag group to crash an exclusive ladies night. While trying to save the Arconia from being sold, Charles and Oliver accidentally end up in couples' therapy.

LESTR
Told through the lens of one annoying robot who may hold the keys to more secrets than anyone realized — the Arconia throws one last party as the residents discover that a killer may still be in their building.

The House Always...
With the clock ticking, the trio doubles down to bring "new" and "old" forces together to bring down a killer — ending in one explosive showdown and the reveals they've been chasing all season.

5 years, 5 seasons, now that’s real TV! It never got boring, just kept getting better and more fun every season. Loved the whole cast this season, they were all amazing! Can’t wait for the next one in the UK. 9/10 for Season 5.
Watchable but the show has declined markedly with each season. This season had an overly complicated and disjointed story, the sole purpose of which seemed to be just to introduce a myriad of new characters that added little or nothing to the story. In addition there’s the reintroduction of the Mabel romantic interest, a largely unpopular story line that was taken out previously. The 10 episodes drag a lot only to suddenly fast forward in E10 to a very rushed and not particularly interesting conclusion. Another season has been set up to follow, for me though, I think it’s time to bail on this.
about half way through it really fell flat. All the F bombs were unnessary. The writing was lackluster and kind of stupid. Too bad because it was an enjoyable series. If there is another season, I hope it is better
Together with the first season maybe my favourite season so far.
