[CPH:DOX '23] The director's focus is centered on pro-nuclear activism, and that's where the film finds difficulties to maintain some credibility, especially because this movement is led by controversial figures like Michael Shellenberger. There are problems in accepting the argument because it's unidirectional, trying to refute instead of confronting, even using manipulative resources such as showing hostile behaviors on the part of environmental protesters in the face of a peaceful attitude from pro-nuclearists. But it's clear that this discursive dialectic is marked by radicalism.
